Digistor recently began trading under the Videocraft Pro trading name. Same people. Same expertise. Same high-level service and support. The new name defines a brand that reflects the integration with the Videocraft Group combined with the recognition of the professional workflow integration expertise of the Digistor team.

- What is the structure of the Videocraft Pro entity?
"Videocraft Pro" is a trading name of Digistor Pty Ltd. This means that the ABN is the same as Digistor's so there is no need to update the ABN associated with any financial or other documents related to doing business with Digistor in the past. - Is Videocraft Pro same as Videocraft?
No. Videocraft is still the same company specialising in production equipment sales and rental. Videocraft Pro is a new entity which specialises in post-production and integrated workflow solutions, and was formed from Digistor staff and expertise combined with some the staff from Videocraft that had the same specialisation. - I already work with Videocraft. Should I have seperate account with Videocraft Pro?
Yes. If you had an existing account with Digistor, the only things that have changed are the trading name and ABN. Purchases from Videocraft Pro are from a different business entity to Videocraft and invoices, statements, etc. for Videocraft Pro will reflect the business transactions with Videocraft Pro only.
- What name and logo should I expect to see used on quotations, invoices, and other documents from Videocraft Pro now it has changed over from Digistor?
All quotes, invoices and other documents will now use the Videocraft Pro name and logo. You will no longer see Digistor referred to. - Have the banking details for Videocraft Pro changed from the Digistor banking details?
No. The banking details are the same. - Have you moved office?
Yes. We relocated in late 2025 to new office around the corner from the old office. The new address is 20/39 Herbert Street, St Leonards, NSW, 2065. You can see full contact details on our Contact Us page. - How do I get in touch with my contacts by phone and email? Have your email addresses changed?
Yes, they have changed, but you can still use the old Digistor email addresses and these will be automatically forwarded to the new Videocraft Pro email addresses. When you receive an email from us, it will use the new Videocraft email format of firstname.lastname@videocraft.com.au. - Will I get the same technical support from Videocraft Pro that I received from Digistor?
Absolutely. The same team will be providing our technical support. - What happens to my Digistor support contracts?
These will continue, with the support being provided by the same team. Once the contract is renewed, it will be renewed under the Videocraft Pro banner. - Do you now have a broader product range? For example, can I buy cameras from Videocraft Pro now?
Yes. Once of the advantages for our customers is the expanded product range now available to Videocraft Pro and access to the Videocraft team's product expertise. - Do you have an online store?
Videocraft Pro does not have its own online store at this stage. We focus on consultation, services, and integrated solutions rather than individual online product sales. Of course, Videocraft has an extensive online store and they have expanded their online product range to include most of the post-production software products previously offered online by Digistor. - Do you still provide training?
Training is one of the key focus areas for Videocraft Pro and we continue to maintain and upgrade our training facility in St Leonards and the range of courses we offer. Check out our training section for details.
