ASE Edit Royale 2026 Replay

ASE Edit Royale 2026 Replay

At Videocraft Pro in Sydney on a winter's day in 2026, five editors came together to compete in front of a live audience. They had only two hours to edit a montage from the same set of rushes and create the edit that will win the vote of the audience.

Fabulous prizes were up from grabs for the winner as well as the chance to be presented with the Edit Royale Scissors trophy.

Each editor selected an "emotional theme" at random to cut to. They had five audio tracks each to choose between, specially selected for each theme. So once their themes were chosen, it was time to start the clock and see "Who will make the cut?"

Hosts Riccy Felixberto ASE and Gabby Muir guided the audience through the competition and introduced talks with special guests
